Top Health and Fitness Apps in Croatia, Q2 2021

In the second quarter of 2021, the top health and fitness applications in Croatia exhibited diverse performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Below is an overview of the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Step Tracker - Pedometer saw a general decline in weekly downloads from 1.5K at the start of the quarter to around 768 by the end of June. The number of weekly active users also experienced a slight decrease, starting at approximately 33.7K and ending the quarter at 32.3K.

Period Calendar Period Tracker had a stable performance in terms of downloads, with numbers ranging from about 1.1K to 1.4K throughout the quarter. The app's weekly revenue peaked at $93 in late April but generally remained under $34 for most of the period. Active user numbers hovered around 130K, showing a slight fluctuation but maintaining a steady trend.

Strava: Run, Bike, Hike experienced a varied trend with its weekly revenue peaking at $1.1K in late May. Downloads showed fluctuations, peaking at 1.7K in mid-April but falling to 507 by the end of June. Active users saw a gradual decline from around 31.8K to 24.4K over the quarter.

Stop COVID-19 had a significant surge in downloads, especially in late June, reaching 7.9K from a modest 230 at the beginning of Q2. This app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Sweatcoin・Walking Step Counter displayed a peak in downloads in mid-April with 3.5K but generally saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, dropping to 348. Revenue showed a similar pattern, peaking at $83 in early June. Active users fluctuated but ended the quarter at around 8.4K, down from 12.2K in mid-April.
